some issues detracted from the stay
arcade inoperabilityuncomfortable bed
i found several things amiss. the arcade room was a letdown because most of the games were out of order. also, the bed was not very comfortable and the whole hotel felt quite hot. i found it difficult to get a good nights sleep due to these issues.

lovely bannersarcade room
The staff accommodated our family wonderfully. They placed lovely banners and balloons in our room alongside some cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. plenty of activities kept the children entertained. They enjoyed the arcade and the football table for hours each evening.
i felt the carpets weren't hoovered well down to the dining room. the banister also felt grubby!

the location is quite convenient to south pier and tram stops it is easy to get around i found the breakfast and service were excellent the bar area is nice it has a good selection of drinks check-in was also quick and friendly

Amazing stay!

The staff were super friendly. They asked if we wanted to shelter from the rain as we dropped off our luggage before check-in! The superior suite was spacious for my group of seven and included a kitchen area with a fridge. The kids loved the games and arcade rooms. I asked for a microwave, as shown in the advert, and they kindly provided one!
A bit more attention to detail in the rooms would be fantastic.

The breakfast service offered a good variety of options with plenty of food available! It was clean and efficient. Staff were always on hand to help and replenish items. The bar area has a great selection of drinks.

The staff are amazingly helpful and very knowledgeable, always offering a warm welcome. They were quick to fix the shower in our room as soon as we reported the issue! Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is located next door to a fantastic arcade, two chippies, and a lovely café. It is also a short distance from local attractions! This makes getting around really easy and enjoyable.
